Don't get me wrong I am overweight here and will be holding (and likely exercising options in due course). To start, I am not convinced this was necessary spending, but what annoys me most is when someone gets up and wants to tell me they spent shareholder money effectively when it clearly wasn't. This is not what I expect from a Chair. I'd rather they just not mention it than pretend they did well.
