At least he didn't abuse the power he had, no one even knew he done it until after the election, he just believed his fake news that covid was going to kill everyone so took precautions, would be different if he used those powers on the sly but i don't think he did. Does he deserve 5 wages...of course not because he didn't need to act in those positions cause no-one relevant died.
