saw this on the 7.30 report last night about Cowra....and the hi tech dental business....that moved from Sydney...
you can buy a house in cowra with tennis court, swimming pool on 5 acreas fora bout $450k's
the hi tech business expects to employ about 100 people...so you may find a job there....council is selling off cheap blocks of land (further reaading to find out about this deal) you can rent a house from a farmer there very cheaply, life in a small counntry town is vastly different from city life....so if you need to be surrounded by thousands of people, shops, cafes and clubs.... dont go there... but if you prefer a quieter life, can indulge yourself in other hobbies, sports and activites, raise your children in cleaner air, and entertain at home....you will love it...
they do have televison, telephones and BB in the bush... some people can even work from home....for a firm in the big smoke...technology can handle it all for you....
