And further to my last post, if BC goes down the CR/dilution path and/or continues with his intangible LFP news "achievements" our SP will be 0.005 before mid year IMO. Don't scoff - my 1c prediction came true even sooner than I thought!

Where's the DSO? What happened with the Japanese and South Korea talks? What happened with the mining we were supposed to be commencing this quarter?

Based on all his missed timelines, I've come to the conclusion that BC either has no idea how long it takes to orchestrate and implement all the above or he's just leading his investors a merry dance! And when you're the CEO of a publicly listed company getting paid close to 600k pa you should have some idea how long things will take and, if things do go awry, inform your long suffering investors what the f*** is going on! DSO (which is stage one of this entire enterprise) was 'imminent' way back in late 2022 - that's about 17 months ago people! And we're still waiting and we're still in the dark!

Some investors here are impressed with the strategic investors that climbed on board, but as others have stated, their input is chicken feed to them. Here's a thought - how keen will they or other strategic investors be to contribute more to AEV's coffers when they see that BC has not achieved the key tangible milestones he said he would?

This company lives on CR's and with that FACT must come the inevitable realisation that dreams of a cathode factory in Darwin, etc can't and won't be achieved until AEV starts showing profits. Which reminds me, how are AEV going to fund their plans for a Yellow phosphorous metal production plant amongst other things? Who remembers Burnvoir? Weren't they hired to help Avenira raise financing? What happened there?

I won't even start on the money we owe Aleees next month for the licence fee.

The DSO is way overdue and people on AEV's threads are just guessing as to what's gone wrong. And yeah, I know about the Morocco phosphate rock price, but that was a recent bit of bad news and doesn't explain the deafening silence from BC beforehand re: DSO.

I thought there was going to be a change in BC's MO when, late last year, some good news started to flow re: strong DSO feasibility results and Mining Authorisation, etc, but alas it looks like a return to the bad old days. Now that he has his cash-in-hand it seems he's just plodding along with the usual busy work - whatever that is? He treats AEV like a secret society and it's investors as unworthy of any disclosure.

And here's another thing - cutting and pasting LFP articles (which I've also been occasionally guilty of) isn't going to make one jot of difference to this company's progress under this lamentable leadership.

Too much is up in the air, too much is unknown and too much guess work and hope surrounds AEV (loan money, payments owed, unkept timelines) - and that's why the Market has no faith in this Board and why AEV is continually dumped at ever lower pips.
