We had a lengthy discussion on this topic, with the consensus was that she was able to convert her options but was not allowed to buy on market because of supposed insider trading allegations. At least that’s how I remembered it . GidyYup was of the opinion she should not have converted them, ie takings up the opposite view.
My view was if she had great faith all will be fine, you would think she would want as many shares as she could get her hands on.
