    1 for 1 shares of CRML.
    Approximately 9.5m @ $10 usd if my memory serves me correctly w/ EUR pocketing ~7.5m @ $10

    ~980m usd marketcap @ $10usd at kick off.

    CRML to get to SZZL price like today would blow my mind, and then there is a good opportunity to get to 60c+ for EUR.

    be mindful only ~11% of shares will be on market and it'll be that way for at least 60 days (CRML can raise coin) - oh and warrants.
