"As the Group is currently loss making, the Group’s ability to continue to adopt the going concern assumption will depend upon
a number of matters including subsequent successful capital raises in the future and the successful sales and/or
commercialisation of the Group’s intellectual property and projects.
The directors have concluded as a result of the requirement to raise funds in the future there exists a material uncertainty that
may cast significant doubt regarding the Group's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore, the Group may be
unable to realise their assets and discharge their liabilities in the normal course of business."
