The R&D money gave them sufficient funds till June, ie many, many weeks away. They can't change the terms of the options. Those are out of play so don't count on any of that money being seen till around Oct. There will be a CR but that has been known for many months. They don't need to do that until April / May.

The bottom line is if they can get the results out in real weeks rather than actual months and those results are what people expect then the SP will surge and the CR will be at a higher price. If they continue with this BS then the CR will be at a much lower price.
