I guess they want to get the best price looking at the fact that it is being pushed up...
a "conventional" capper would have stayed put and made the buyers nervous... this move by them is actually making the buyers inch forward with more conviction...
99% chance they will take it off the sell side if there is any announcement or the buyers start building...
IF I was the seller, I would put it at 22-23c as that is the previous double top and let price come to me...
