Not sure your rationale behind this comment mate.
take a couple billion ice cars off the road in China and I'm sure the smog will lift
it will only take them to require appropriate pollution controls to remedy much of the current environmental impacts of their manufacturing industries.
probably more achievable to limit a few large manufacturers than to limit a couple of billion individuals ......
