I believe we will see the raise increase SP momentum as the company
progresses with fresh capital to implement more opportunities. The addition of the AI platform
is a revolutionary step forward, can not wait for this to gain traction, implementation
could be faster than anyone thinks!
The proceeds from the Placement and the SPP will primarily be used for working capital purposes and to accelerate recent company initiatives undertaken to expedite the pathway to profitability. In addition, the funds will be used to fund any potential further growth opportunities.
