I don’t dispute any of the points you mentioned. But the mere fact that there is no/hardly any uptake in their products is an absolute red flag for me. If the product were as good as they claimed, a surgeon who already used their product would make repeat purchase requests for the product. Very often, the hospital I work in ( the largest public hospital in the state) makes international orders for implants and surgical products when they are not available locally/ nationally. Kicking myself that I took OSX management on face value and put my money with them.
