Productivity is variable over different industries.
I know there is a limit to how hard people can
work but some workplaces are so unproductive
it is ridiculous.
I just back from the local supermarket and like
always there is a host of people that look like
they are in a coma, it’s like there is a competition
to go the slowest. That inefficiency has to
affect prices.
You can tell the motivated people who are
just working shifts while they go to Uni, the
majority of the people there long term are
useless.
I wouldn’t shop there but the next closest
supermarket is 30kms away.
