    Glug ... keep on adding the bandwith requirement though... Internet TV is not a good example. It does not even require FTTN bandwidth.

    I do not have a separate TV here, but only use internet TV channels. None of them are high bandwidth though, they don't even slow my browsing down, usually under 2Mbps and that is usually only when they are buffering. Most free TV is older stuff or budget filmed and rarely in HD, not seen any in 1080P Video. It is good though, unlike cable TV you can always find something good to watch.

    What I was hoping to get from this thread was for someone to show one of these new and exciting NBN applications that will not work on 10Mbps FTTN. All I hear from the politics is emotive statements saying we can not have a future without NBN, but nothing I have heard them say requires the full NBN to every home.
