Well the fact is that Mike is pretty " on the money "with his comment .
The PIL management are a few steps below totally pathetic in
A. Their communication protocols
B. Their track record of fulfilment
They could have made more money collecting empty cans and cashing them in .
Oh l forget they have never made any money .....just peddling a naive dream of doing business in the Phillipines .
Right .....too little ....too late
