That's cool--my goal one day is to be able to step back and have another portfolio focused just on LONG-term HOLDs ...BUY and forget etc

and not be focused on ST trading profits every month

but first I need to pay off the rest of the commercial property loan .. really like to add another RES property crib etc with sea views not far from our home base in the mountains..

I would buy this at present if had the spare funds.....
