Does anyone really think that the World Bank would throw half a billion dollars into a major roadworks project without the likelihood of significant ECONOMIC benefits for the country??? It's not for the local grain growers to have a smoother ride to the next village..... it's for companies such as EVION to give the people long term prosperity and a better livelihood....
