So, because RH does a propaganda piece in the West, (which doesn't mention any of his catastrophic failures, nor explains how he's gonna secure WA Govt Approval), you are convinced he's suddenly gonna change the way he behaves, and performs?

Richard has had at least 5 years to make this project a success. Instead, he has crushed it.

Honestly, I don't believe he has any intention to build a mine. That is clear by now.
The way I see it, Richard would be very happy to continue plodding around, and fluffing about...knee deep in 'refreshed' scoping studies, newspaper clippings, and flossy presentations....and just collect a paycheck every month for doing very little, and taking no risks.
