I have answered this before and it is simple. I am retired. I have watch realy bad things to people that happen to people in DOT COM and banking bubbles. Losing homes, Divorce, and in one case an acquaintance went out and bout a new high performance car when he was broke and hit a bridge killing himself. Police could find no cause for crash. His family did receive lots of insurance. Since the Dutch establish the first Stock market over 400 years ago there has always been periods of euphoria around sectors followed by crashes. The green euphoria several years ago moved all green stock to unbelievable levels. That has now gone away and AI is the current "hot" sector. when emotion goes away which is always a slow process then SPs must be supported by earnings. I know of no other way for companies to grow. I just want people to have a chance to think about what is happening and if they want consider what they are doing. They have to make the final call. the 50% rule makes recoveries much slower so there is always plenty of time to buy again when things change. %50 Rule is simple if a stock falls 50% it has to gain 100% to get back to where it was.

I was a major holder n several REE companies including Lynas. I got out when I realized SP were not sustainable. I still believe that this sector has lots of promises but they are just promises I will continue to make trade decisions based on next 6 to 12 months because any thing further out can be disrupted. I never imagined BEV and wind would fall apart as fast as they did. The future of this industry is like that. It may recover in a year and then grow for many years. Until I see the signs of recovery I will stay away.
