szaba,.. I read a few years ago that the WA gov didn't want to issue approvals to companies that weren't economical and just wanted to boost their SP.
All the WA government was asking TOE and the other 3 for is show some substantial commencement work which only cost VMY about $20m and with the current Uranium price $100 there is no reason why TOE can't apply for that extension now... wake up RH is feeding you BS so he and the board can do as little as possible for their big wagers.
