The exorbitant listing and compliance costs are too onerous given the company's financial position and lack of commercial traction. This should be taken private asap. It's still basically a start up. It will suffocate as a listed business for too much longer. there are lots of asx listed companies that shouldn't be publicly listed. This is one of them. Further ongoing dilution is going to be the big killer here.
