I note you have a sentiment of sell, but you still hold (presumably because of trading halt)?
There is nothing crooked about these guys and the statement is defamatory.
The Chairman is also a lawyer, so you may wish to consider removing such a remark.
The reasoning behind the capital raising is well understood by most investors and the company will continue to move forward quickly with the ambition of having 2 underground operations feeding a plant with an increased capacity of 1.4 mtpa by year end calendar 2024.
