Akin to the USA policy which added fuel to the GFC (or started it?) - can't really afford it? Don't worry, have we got a deal for you...

All that aside the increase of the GST to levels approaching 15% is well and truly (mind) entrenched in both sides of politics.

Just wondering whose going to have the courage to bring it up - it's already started.
