2% impurities does not seem much IMHO remembering this a concentrate containing many rare earths that will need to be separated into their respective individual rare earths probably off site .
They did say :
"The impurities compare well with similar saleable MREC products developed by other projects. While unoptimised, this bodes well for further reduction of impurities over time with additional test work programmes."
COmpany keeps delivering but because of the general market conditions has become a value play .
