No, EUR voluntarily requested the suspension. The reason being that there was information which needed to be finalised regarding further investment in the wolfsberg project and an update on the NASDAQ listing.
CRML is now listed on the NASDAQ and trading. CRML now owns the wolfsberg project. How does it make sense that CRML is trading but EUR cannot due to information that relates to the assets owned by CRML?
I understand that TS needs to respond to the ASX and has not done so yet - why is that? Well that is because the team is partying in NY ringing bells and whatnot.
I say it is poor form because that information should have been issued yesterday prior to CRML trading and announced by CRML and EUR, and EUR should have resumed trading thereafter today. You can't possibly suggest it is anything other than bad form, why is CRML trading if there is market sensitive information relating to the wolfsberg project which it now owns that has not been announced yet?
