The issue then becomes a consolidation, because if you consolidate, you then create a new gap between the floor and ceiling and it can further erode wealth if the price drops POST consolidation.
You see a lot of spec stocks that trade 0.001-0.003 for months/years …. Up until the point the share base becomes absurd and they need to raise more cash, so they then consolidate.
