of course, literally nobody is talking about the need to build rail to bring Adina (and other projects in area) online. Ideally they all need a road south to the rail hub.

of course, you have not mentioned the Canadian govt infrastructure fund that has been set up to support development of critical minerals supply chain, 1.5bn CAD over 7 years, which would pay for / subsidize plenty of roads.

of course, you ignore Canadian govts providing massive subsidies to midstream players -- entirely illogical they then not deploy this 1.5bn to help those partners access upstream feedstock.
