All this chatter is just pure speculation, it obviously doesn't read well given what we experienced last time. EY has been appointed since Nov 22 so revenue etc shouldn't be an issue as that would have been heavily scrutinised, so it could be as some people have mentioned the treatment of the doubtful/bad debt or even goodwill being written off. I expect them to release the news by tomorrow.
