The figures were just an educated guess. Bharat's geologists reckon the shale is a lot better than one chance in two.

Drilling for oil is usually 1 chance in 20 but TP15 has been researched pretty thoroughly and warrants a 1 in 10 chance. The drill bit does the talking. And if it gets lubricated with crude oil then watch out.
