Hi RalphyBoy - if you are expecting a $1.50 SP then you may have to consider this.
In May this year 90 million SXG shares will be released from escrow to MAW shareholders. This will take the number of ordinary shares from about 184 million to 274 million. If the current Market Capital for SXG stays the same ($105 million) then each share will be watered down by about the corresponding increase in ordinary shares - same pie but smaller slices
Great news for MAW shareholders though
