There is still an elephant in the room which seems to have escaped comment for some time now, namely ASIC taking Terracom to court. If ASIC wins the case there could be a potentially large fine applied or even worse. As I understand it from past Federal Court records there was supposed to be a mediation meeting by the parties on 26 Feb 2024 ( unless the date was revised) following receipt by the Court of affidavits. Until this drama is resolved one way or another , and depending on the outcome, I'm not inclined to re-enter as a shareholder ( I used to be a shareholder)
