I think you'll find that over 95% of RHC assets are outside of WA. and that mining employs less than 2% of the nation's population. Perth property prices have little or no correlation with the eastern states.
Bulk billing has nothing to do with private hospitals.
RHC don't run GP clinics.
People also predicted that retail spending would fall off a cliff, but look how well WES, JBH, NCK, LOV, PMV have done.
Hospitals are busier than ever in most places.
