The upgrade of the 66KV line could make LC a viable site for a Solar Electricity Farm as it does not have a real NIMBY problem. The 66KV goes to the old Mine Site and 11KV goes to Copley - LCS, Mine SS is south of the Mine Site Entrance. Is the issue insulators of the size of the conductors? Had a look on google but could not find those details.
