Perhaps some consideration into what they see in the future ...
Platforms like Microsoft 365 and Autodesk 360 are using billions of terabytes of capacity in data centres around the world .... and those services are hyperbolic in their current growth rates. There are hundreds of these platforms around the world, all of them totally dependant upon data centres to continue the SAAS format (and others)
That means two things:
- more floor space required in high quality data centres as the years go by
- more efficient use of the floor space because of improved technology - and therefore the ability to be able to charge more for that floorspace because of the greater utilisation of it.
these things are before we consider the impact of AI and other unknowns which point into the future.
The future utilisation of NEXTDC floorspace (and prospective charge-out rates) are as hyperbolic as the services they host in growth.
There is a lot to look forward to.
