Hmm … interesting close today. Over 31k shares traded after market close, which was about 50% of the regular trading hours volume. With a gap to close at 85c from 83.5c.

The only thing I can think of is that the black out period (2 weeks before and 48hrs after Half report release) will expire tomorrow before market open. Is someone trying to front run a possible commencement of insider buying? If Dr Smith doesn’t start buying soon, before RC220 updates (to drop Q1 … so any day now) and other PS updates start dropping he may miss these historic 3 year lows. Not much window for Dr S and other insiders to top up if they see value here. If he doesn’t see value here, extremely difficult for him to try to sell the Race story to institutions.

PS. If I don’t get an opportunity to buy my small trading parcel back at lower prices, then so be it. More than happy for the sp to run from here. Just goes to prove RAC is not the best for trading as it is so tightly held. A small event will lead to large moves in future.
