You have rights and responsibilities in all aspects of life. You have the right to buy and sell shares. A responsibility when purchasing shares is to acknowledge the management and trust that they will do what is best for the business and all the shareholders. Even one fresh to trading - which your 8000+ posts suggests that you aren't - would expect suspensions around such major structural changes to the business.

You had plenty of opportunity to sell out before this time if you had lost faith in the management. If you lost faith but stayed involved, then that is on you. If you have only lost faith due to and since the suspension, then that is a rookie error and you get to learn from it.

You also have another option, you can increase your holdings and demand a seat at the board.
