Probably reacting to the auditors qualification on page 67. "Material uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern" ...Pattersons have slapped a sell on the stock based on this.

Not sure why it is that much of an issue as it is just timing around a $15 mio refinance and the auditors have to err on the side of caution when it comes to this.

Make sure you read note 1 in the accounts as it provides more detail.
