you may find JJ that a takeover requires approval from 80% of the shareholdings. that's top whatever holders. the lower level holders may not get a say.
now, having said that, the top x holders won't sell for a song I think that is a given.
the top x will be getting the message that the rest of us are keen for a large sum if there is a TO
