In trouble again, ZIP seems to have a few problems with the listing rules, lucky for them down under In AUstralia, the listing rules are as lite Reg as anything else, selling shares in sholders without their knowledge.
In the lite Reg Deep South of Global markets, Australia, how do something like listing rules apply or aren’t there any?
