    Mr KR. U JPR expert. $16M to drill two wells? Is that right? Seems like big risk reward. Or we just charting here?

    PEN. I don't want to be grumpy old man but maybe time for PEN holders to move on. Like CTP, it does not give much back to holders. Chart sucks, bad karma.
