I wonder what sort of REE,U, graphite ect assets /companies critical is looking to acquire . They are in a very strong position to offer shares in part of terms for buy out of proved resources needing further development and exploration.This could rapidly turn into a multiple Energy metals mining company.
Sky is the limit here . Tony has pulled off a master stroke in getting this over the line . Potentially a very profitable mine in 2027 funding multiple exploration or brown field near term mining projects .
