Now - how do we play this M&A game?
We can do a JV or a straight out Take-over.
I think holders here are more inclined for a JV with big boys
I suggest then WR1 put up Adina for a 50/50 JV with big boys like RIO or Albemarle
And WR1 is free carried through to production. If CE can come up with such a JV , sp will be more than $2.50 imo
