BTW, making the many claims that exec and management have made over the past year, I would be very nervous if I were them - the corporate veil will be well and truly pierced if there's been any claims made that verge on the cusp of dishonesty... knocking back placement offers for SH's that are considered to be within armlengths of the entity do not count towards supporting claims constructed to entice entitlement participation.
