Obviously not every contract is the same the orica "loan" was paid back in shares , The CSBP "loan" was only 50% repayable if unsuccessful which it wasn't.
CSBP had 7.5 years to take up their option which they converted to a firm supply agreement fixed price with annual escalation (this is the fine details whether its CPI tied to inflation rate?)
So its just the fine details publicly unknown
