Finally, a change. Erica has a huge job however she has seen plenty of change in her previous roles and doubt it will be steady as it goes.
The MD has to earn his cash and get his hands dirty and support. Maybe get Salesforce working would help her.
Surprised at the SP drop, but volumes are so low that it does not provide much, apart from lots of folks taking every opportunity to get out every time a small uplift.
