I remember just prior to PSC agreeing to sell their asset to the Chinese in Tanzania most share holders were of the educated opinion it would be worth around $2-$3 per share. The company end up getting $1.02 (IIRC) much less than share holders were expecting. When you're operating in a 3rd world country and dealing with the Chinese one's expectation should be tempered.

I got into EXR because of the Mongolian CBM project in 2020 namely to Richard Cottee being involved. As time progresses, observing how the company has been dealt with, and deals with this project, I am less convinced of a big pay day. No point rehashing why, we've done that to death. All I hope is Nomgon does flow to commercial level and the company can quickly offload it to continue its work in Queensland.

The acquisition of ATP2044 may have been very opportunistic, but it's looking like a much bigger project and potential to provide share holder return than the Mongolian CBM project. I look at the Mongolian project as a back stop to Grandis and any further QLD potential plays, it would be great if they all pay off.

We have multiple bites of the apple!
