The only possible change and that would need to be compared with previous filings, would be the wording, KP doesn't often mention the refinery but as you say the OTA hasn't changed and no particular dots can be joined, it will happen or it won't but that won't stop rampant speculation...for me its a timing/ funding thing more than will it goes ahead..
Meanwhile back in the jungle if we want to benefit from rising prices we need to continue producing and those at the coalface will determine that and I like the odds..its so much easier to make decisions if there are signs that prices are turning.
One thing about selling into the Spot market is if there is a looming shortage it can rapidly get ahead of market prices obtained through OTA's...I can remember during the last peak posters were crying out for spot sales..such are the swings and roundabouts now its crying out for OTA's fixed to market prices...they both have their place.
