Buddy.. with all due respect… you need to tone down on your condescension.
I’ve been trading on NASDAQ .. specifically IPOs and SPACs for 4+ years. I’ve already responded to your post. This is by far the most illiquid stocks I have seen immediately post listing.
I had even anticipated this and mentioned this many months ago saying EUR keeping 80% and sponsors keeping the rest will not go well for liquidity.
Your point that investors can always be issued shares directly by the company is true for ALL companies, not just CRML.
So, why and how are those companies able to trade far more stocks?
Again.. this all comes down to the lack of interest among institutional investors. If we had few more investors with millions of shares without lock-up restrictions, they could have made a market for CRML.
Right now, CRML share price and market valuation is simply pointless with little to no trades.
