this chart displays last two major raisings, first at 90 cents , as you can see anyone that took in that are underwater
second was 50 cents and although there was some small traded above this price level, 56 million shares have traded since then (not allowing for xtrades ). which isnt much more than what was issued - so majority (obviously shenghe) have held
some observations,
these raisings haven't been for company mates benefits... clearly anyone that has put money into these have lost if sold after the raising has been issued..
second point regarding last shares issued and a cheap takeover because of market sentiment , depending on who has held from past two offerings this seems highly unlikely to get up at under a $1 offer price - outside of options and there was one raising at 32 cents - majority of other raisings have been well above $1.00
our market cap is 55 million , those two raisings where approx. 57 million, much went into where the company stands in its progress to date...
