I doubt that the progress is that far that production starts in July. I be very surprised and think it’s stupid for LEO to pump money into the mine build before what ever it is , is resolved. I am afraid that the Junta and the Russian/china connections will want to steal it. The binden government will most likely ban Chinese EVs due to the software and spying possibilities with these cars. This will only increase the divide between the west and the east imo.
